New School Services Officer

The Utah Higher Education Assistance Authority (UHEAA) has appointed Nancy Caldwell as a School Services Officer. Her responsibilities will include: consulting with schools to identify and seek solutions for school problems and concerns related to the student loan programs, coordinating with internal operations and policy staff members along with external vendors to deliver a high level of service to all program participants, and assisting in individual and group training related to the program’s operation, rules, and regulations.

Prior to coming to UHEAA, Nancy was the Student Loan Coordinator at Westminster College of Salt Lake. Nancy has worked in the financial aid environment for the past eight years. She has also held positions in the Registrar’s Office at Westminster and in the academic support area at Salt Lake Community College. With her extensive background in the school area, Nancy will be able to address problems and concerns from a school’s perspective. Nancy holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Social Science from Westminster College.

UHEAA welcomes Nancy and anticipates that she will be an asset to the organization and the financial aid community.
