Approval of the Economic Hardship Deferment Request Form

The Department of Education (ED) recently issued a revised Economic Hardship Deferment Request Form (NEW HRD). The NEW HRD has been modified to reflect the current minimum wage of $5.15 and an expiration date of February 28, 1999. Attached is the revised NEW HRD form which may be photocopied.
