Department of Education Video Conference "Beyond 1999: The New FAFSA and Delivery System Updates"

The U.S. Department of Education (ED) recently announced a video conference to be held on October 15, 1998 entitled "Beyond 1999: The New FAFSA and Delivery System Updates."  The video, free of charge to all postsecondary institutions, includes topics including the new 1999-2000 paper FAFSA, FAFSA on the Web, Renewal FAFSA on the Web, EDExpress updates and ED's increased use of the Internet. The video conference will allow the opportunity for schools to call or fax questions for discussion during the two hour discussion.

The video conference is scheduled to be broadcast between 11:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. Mountain Time.  The locations of institutions receiving the video conference will be posted on ED's website at www.ifap.ed.gov. Any institution wishing to register as a host for the video conference may register by completing the Response Form available on ED's website.
