The Utah Higher Education Assistance Authority (UHEAA) is pleased to announce that the Electronic Common Manual, current through July 1998, is now available on diskette. One copy of the Common Manual should have been received by each institution under separate cover. The single copy can be used to install the Electronic Common Manual on multiple computers.

The Electronic Common Manual uses Acrobat Reader which has several "tools and buttons" allowing quicker access to the manual. The new version contains automated FIND and full-text SEARCH capability, preset bookmarks and thumbnail images, and the ability to print any document in black and white or color.
