1999 Common Manual, Unified Student Loan Policy

Utah Higher Education Assistance Authority (UHEAA) has now distributed the 1999 Common Manual to UHEAA program participants. This version of the Common Manual contains revisions and updates published in issues of the UHEAA Bulletin through June 1999. UHEAA suggests that current additions of the manual be archived for future reference.

The electronic version of the Common Manual is currently being updated.  UHEAA will distribute the updated electronic version of the Common Manual as soon as it becomes available.
