New School Services Officer

The Utah Higher Education Assistance Authority (UHEAA) wishes to announce the appointment of Ronell Crossley to the position of Senior School Services Officer.  His responsibilities will include consulting with schools to identify and resolve problems and concerns relating to the student loan programs by coordinating with internal operations and external vendors.

Ronell has spent the past 12 years as the Senior Financial Aid Administrator at ITT Technical Institute in Murray where he interviewed and assisted students with their financial aid application process.  He also organized and managed the financial aid office at Sherman Kendall's Academy of Beauty Arts & Sciences for several years.  Prior to joining ITT he worked at Southern Utah University as the Assistant Director of Financial Aid.  Ronell received his Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Brigham Young University and completed additional coursework in accounting at the University of Utah.
