Student Assistance General Provisions Final Regulations
The Department of Education (ED) today published final regulations, dated October 22, 1999, concerning student eligibility for Title IV programs. The regulations incorporate provisions contained in the recent reauthorization of the Higher Education Act (HEA). The regulatory changes impact the following sections of 34 CFR:
