2000 Common Manual, Unified Student Loan Policy

Utah Higher Education Assistance Authority (UHEAA) has now distributed the 2000 Common Manual to UHEAA program participants.  This version of the Common Manual contains revisions and updates published in issues of the UHEAA Bulletin through June 2000.  UHEAA suggests that current additions of the manual be archived for future reference.
