Integrated Common Manual on the Web

In place of the Electronic Common Manual on diskette which has been distributed in previous years, Utah Higher Education Assistance Authority (UHEAA) is pleased to announce the availability of an online, integrated version of the Common Manual.  The integrated version of the Common Manual (ICM) can be accessed from UHEAA's web site at  http://www.uheaa.org/BULLS/grinfo.htm by clicking on "Common Manual."  The ICM, established and maintained by the Texas Guaranteed Student Loan Corporation (TG), combines the language of newly approved policy changes into the existing text of the Common Manual.  In the integrated version, changes are identified with underlines for new language and strikeouts for deleted language.  TG regularly updates the text of the ICM throughout the year as policy changes are approved and includes footnotes containing the Common Manual Governing Board's approval date of such changes.  The ICM also offers electronic search capability.  With this ICM, you will always have access to a fully updated version of the Common Manual.  UHEAA strongly encourages FFEL program participants to use and "Bookmark" the ICM.
