Forbearance and Deferment Forms Available on the Web
In an effort to better serve schools, borrowers, and lenders, the Utah Higher Education Assistance Authority (UHEAA) has now posted forbearance and deferment forms on its web site. The forms can be accessed from UHEAA's web site at http://www.uheaa.org by clicking on "UHEAA Loan Guarantee Program and Borrower Benefits Program."
UHEAA's web site now provides the most recent U.S. Department of Education (ED) approved deferment request forms, including:
