The Special Leveraging Educational Assistance Partnership
Program Final Regulations
The U.S. Department of Education (ED) recently published
a Federal Register, dated November 1, 2000, containing final regulations
regarding the Special Leveraging Educational Assistance Partnership (SLEAP)
Program. The regulations incorporate provisions contained in the
recent reauthorization of the Higher Education Act (HEA). The regulatory
