2001 Common Manual, Unified Student Loan Policy

    Utah Higher Education Assistance Authority (UHEAA) has now distributed the 2001 Common Manual to UHEAA program participants.  This version of the Common Manual contains revisions and updates published in issues of the UHEAA Bulletin through May 2001.  UHEAA suggests that current additions of the manual be archived for future reference.

    As you know, the Electronic Common Manual on diskette is no longer distributed.  In place of the diskette, please access the online, integrated version of the Common Manual from  UHEAA's web site at http://www.uheaa.org/BULLS/grinfo.htm by clicking on "Common Manual."  The Integrated Common Manual (ICM), established and maintained by the Texas Guaranteed Student Loan Corporation, combines the language of newly approved policy changes into the existing text of the Common Manual.  With the ICM, you will always have access to a fully updated version of the Common Manual.  UHEAA strongly encourages FFEL program participants to use and "Bookmark" the ICM.
