UHEAA Offices Relocate to The Gateway

    The offices of Utah Higher Education Assistance Authority (UHEAA) will be relocating to The Gateway, effective April 9, 2002.  UHEAA is committed to providing continued high levels of customer service during the relocation and has developed a plan, as described below, to assure as little disruption to customers as possible.

    UHEAA will move to its new facilities on the first weekend in April 2002.  UHEAA offices will be closed on Friday, April 5, 2002 and on Monday, April 8, 2002.  All of UHEAA’s  electronic systems, including COMPASS, OneLINK, and UHEAA OneLINK, will be out of service from Thursday, April 4, 2002 beginning at 5:00 p.m. Mountain Standard Time (MST) through Monday, April 8, 2002.  UHEAA’s web site, telephones, and e-mail will also be unavailable during these same times.  UHEAA’s offices and systems will be available for regular business transactions beginning Tuesday, April 9, 2002 at 8:00 a.m. Mountain Daylight Savings Time (MDT).

Please note the following items:

• Deadline for Submitting Applications Prior to Move.  UHEAA will accept electronic transmissions of applications until 3:00 p.m. MST on Thursday, April 4, 2002.   Manual applications will be accepted until 12:00 noon MST.  Transmissions may resume on Tuesday, April 9, 2002 at 8:00 a.m. MDT.

• No Disbursements on April 5, 2002 and April 8, 2002.  No loan disbursements will be made on Friday, April 5, 2002 and on Monday, April 8, 2002.  Loan disbursements will resume on Tuesday, April 9, 2002.

• UHEAA’s New Street Address.  As of April 9, 2002, UHEAA’s new street address will be as follows:

• Telephone Numbers, E-Mail, and Mailing Address.  All UHEAA telephone numbers and e-mail addresses will remain the same.  UHEAA’s mailing address will also remain the same:

 UHEAA is notifying students who are receiving current UHEAA mailings, such as promissory notes, of the pending relocation.  We plan to supply your offices with a leaflet which can be distributed to students as a notice of UHEAA’s relocation.
