Reminder: UHEAA Offices Relocate to The Gateway
Plans for the relocation of Utah Higher Education Assistance Authority's (UHEAA) offices are on schedule, as outlined in UHEAA Bulletin Volume 2002 - Issue 15. As a reminder, the offices of UHEAA will be relocating to The Gateway, effective April 9, 2002. UHEAA is committed to providing continued high levels of customer service during the relocation and has developed a plan, as described below, to assure as little disruption to customers as possible.
UHEAA will move to its new facilities on the first weekend in April 2002. UHEAA offices will be closed on Friday, April 5, 2002 and on Monday, April 8, 2002. All of UHEAA's electronic systems, including COMPASS, OneLINK, UHEAA OneLINK, and UHEAA OneSource will be out of service from Thursday, April 4, 2002 beginning at 5:00 p.m. Mountain Standard Time (MST) through Monday, April 8, 2002. UHEAA's web site, telephones, and e-mail will also be unavailable during these same times. UHEAA's offices and systems will be available for regular business transactions beginning Tuesday, April 9, 2002 at 8:00 a.m. Mountain Daylight Savings Time (MDT).
