Interest Rates Chart For Fiscal Year 2002-2003
This Bulletin updates the list of the interest
rates applicable to all categories of Federal Family Education Program
(FFELP) found in UHEAA Bulletin Volume 2001-Issue 29. The
U.S. Department of Education (ED) has now published the new One-Year Constant
Maturity Treasury Yield figures for the Fiscal Year 2002-2003 (FY 02-03).
A comprehensive chart of the FY 02-03 interest rates applicable to all
categories of Federal Family Education Program (FFELP) is attached.

For your office use, we have mailed a supply of interest rate reference cards showing the current rates for loans disbursed on or after July 1, 1998. These reference cards show the variable rates effective from July 1, 2002 to June 30, 2003. We have a limited supply of these cards should you need more.
