2002 Common Manual, Unified Student Loan Policy

    Utah Higher Education Assistance Authority (UHEAA) has now distributed the 2002 Common Manual to UHEAA program participants.  This version of the Common Manual contains revisions and updates published in issues of the UHEAA Bulletin through May 2002.  UHEAA suggests that current editions of the manual be archived for future reference.

    For up-to-date revisions and policies, please access the online, integrated version of the Common Manual from UHEAA's web site at http://www.uheaa.org/BULLS/grinfo.htm by clicking on "Common Manual."  The Integrated Common Manual (ICM) combines the language of newly approved policy changes into the existing text of the Common Manual.  With the ICM, you will always have access to a fully updated version of the Common Manual.  UHEAA strongly encourages FFEL program participants to use and "Bookmark" the ICM.
