Borrower Disclosure Statements

    In the past, UHEAA's Loan Service Center mailed schools a copy of each borrower's loan Disclosure Statement.  Since there is no regulatory provision requiring schools to possess or retain copies of these statements, and in response to numerous requests, the Loan Service Center has discontinued the practice of mailing copies of Borrower Disclosure Statements to schools.
