Zions First National Bank Student Loan to be Serviced By UHEAA's Loan Service Center

    Zions First National Bank and the Utah Higher Education Assistance Authority (UHEAA) are pleased to announce that, beginning this    month (October) the UHEAA Loan Servicing Center will begin servicing all of Zions Bank's student loans.  Zions Bank is Utah's largest locally-headquartered student loan provider, currently processing approximately 22 percent of the state's student loan volume.

    "This change will allow us to more efficiently service our clients' loans, while continuing to provide the same quality service they have always received from Zions Bank," said Ada Prins, manager of Zions' student loan department. "One major benefit of this change is that students will now be able to access their loan information online through UHEAA's 'OneSource' at www.uheaa.org."

    "Zions Bank was an original partner in the initiation of the Utah Student Loan Program in the late 1970s," said Chalmers Gail Norris, executive director of UHEAA. "Ada Prins and Zions Bank have an enviable record for the quality of servicing provided to borrowers. UHEAA will work hard to maintain that high level of service."

    Beginning October 1, 2002, all correspondence and calls regarding Zions Bank student loans, including all changes to student accounts should be directed to UHEAA. Following is an address, phone number, fax number, and e-mail address to be used in contacting UHEAA:
