Implementation of New Application for Total and Permanent Disability Discharge

    Beginning March 31, 2003 a new Loan Discharge Application for Total and Permanent Disability will be implemented.  Old forms will still be accepted but only the new form must be provided to borrowers on or after March 31st.  (See Dear Colleague Letter GEN-02-12 at http://www.ifap.ed.gov/dpcletters/gen0212.html.
