Loan Origination System Conversion: April 17-18,
2004 and
UHEAA Web Products
UHEAA will be converting to an enhanced loan origination (LO) system this coming weekend, April 17-18, 2004. While every effort is being made to minimize down time, all UHEAA web products will be unavailable this weekend during the conversion. UHEAA expects most functionality to be available as normal on Monday morning, April 19, 2004 with the exception of some change transactions as noted below.
Stafford eSignature
Stafford eSignature will be unavailable this weekend, Saturday, April 17th through Sunday, April 18th. An online message indicating the system will not be available this weekend is currently being displayed to borrowers.
UHEAA OneSource
UHEAA OneSource will also be unavailable this weekend, Saturday, April 17th through Sunday, April 18th. An online message indicating the system will not be available this weekend is currently being displayed to borrowers.
PageCenter Reports
PageCenter reports will be unavailable this weekend, April 17th through April 18th. On Monday, April 19th PageCenter reports may be directly accessed via https://pallas.pheaa.org/pagecenter/ . The use of your UHEAA OneLINK ID will be required at the login screen.
UHEAA OneLINK
UHEAA OneLINK will be unavailable this weekend, April 17th through April 18th. On Monday, April 19th, UHEAA OneLINK will be available, with the exception of real-time change transactions. Real-time change transactions include: loan period; grade level; graduation date; disbursement hold and release; disbursement date; disbursement amount; and pre-disbursement cancellation.
Access to UHEAA OneLINK real-time change transaction functionality is expected not later than Monday, April 26, 2004. UHEAA has arranged special handling for change transactions that need to be processed while the system is unavailable. To have your changes processed while the system is unavailable, please contact UHEAA Loan Origination Services toll-free at (877) 336-7397.
CommonLine is Unaffected
Please note that CommonLine file processing will not be affected by the LO conversion. All application, hold/release and other change transaction files sent via UHEAA Express will process normally.
