UHEAA Discontinues Utah Connection Requirement for Consolidation Loans
 

The Utah Higher Education Assistance Authority (UHEAA) no longer requires a borrower to have a Utah connection to qualify for a Federal Consolidation Loan as was outlined in UHEAA Bulletin Volume 99, Issue 10.  UHEAA now offers Federal Consolidation Loans to any eligible borrower subject to the single holder rule.
