2004 Common Manual, Unified Student Loan Policy

    Utah Higher Education Assistance Authority (UHEAA) has now distributed the 2004 Common Manual to UHEAA program participants.  This version of the Common Manual contains revisions and updates published in issues of the UHEAA Bulletin through May 2004.

    Up-to-date revisions and policies throughout the year may be accessed through the integrated online version of the Common Manual on UHEAA's web site at http://www.uheaa.org/BULLS/grinfo.htm.  This Integrated Common Manual (ICM) combines the language of newly approved policy changes into the existing text of the Common Manual.  UHEAA strongly encourages FFEL program participants to use the ICM.
