Interest Rates Chart For Fiscal Year 2005-2006
This Bulletin updates the list of the interest rates applicable to all categories of Federal Family Education Program (FFELP). The Utah Higher Education Assistance Authority (UHEAA) recently mailed a supply of interest rate reference cards showing the current rates for Federal Family Education Loan Program (FFELP) loans disbursed on or after July 1, 1998. Those reference cards show the variable rates effective from July 1, 2005 to June 30, 2006 and they include a chart showing the rates for all loans based on the 91-day T-Bill rate. The U.S. Department of Education (ED) has now published the new One-Year Constant Maturity Treasury Yield figures for the Fiscal Year 2005-2006. An updated comprehensive chart of the FY 05-06 interest rates applicable to all categories of FFELP loans is attached.
