EDExpress Training

In the past the U.S. Department of Education offered regional training on EDExpress usage. Now this training will be conducted online using a product called Microsoft Live Meeting. Federal Student Aid conducts EDExpress training via the Internet. Participants log into a virtual classroom to view the session , while listening to a live trainer conduct the training via telephone. These sessions are held almost daily and are scheduled to run 2 ½ hours.

FSA offers a self-paced, online tutorial for those new to EDExpress that can be accessed at any time. This course, called EDExpress Basics, can be found at: http://ifap.ed.gov/edexpress/index.htm.
