This letter discusses the use of state grant and scholarship awards for meeting the nonfederal share requirement for the Federal Supplemental Educational Opportunity Grant (FSEOG) Program for the 2005-2006 award year. This letter contains an attachment listing, by state, the percentage of each state's awards that can be used for the FSEOG nonfederal share.
