Disbursements and Returning of Funds to UHEAA

Recent changes within UHEAA have been made to provide better service to schools. Tram Le has been promoted to the position of Manager of Operational Accounting and the following processes have now moved to her area.

Disbursement Process

Please contact Tram Le or Tami Williams for the following inquiries:

To verify disbursement funds have been sent to the school.
Request a stop payment of a disbursement check.
Verify the daily disbursement wire amount.
Request a fax of disbursement detail information.

Returning of Funds for Cancellation / Refunds

Please contact Tram Le or JoRae Bowthorpe for the following inquiries:

Verify cancellations or refunds have been processed with the returned funds.
Verify the reversal of a cancellation or refund is completed.
Verify UHEAA has received cash transfers related to cancellations or refunds.
