School Technical Support Enhancement

Utah Higher Education Assistance Authority is pleased to announce recent changes to enhance the level of technical support provided to schools.  The UHEAA Systems Support area will now be taking care of our schools’ day-to-day technical needs.  Sasha VanOrman has been reassigned to this area and will train the team in providing the highest level of technical support.

The UHEAA Systems Support area consists of 10 technical staff members, managed by Debbie Phillips.  With this change, UHEAA will always have a person ready to assist!

A technical hotline will be created once the team is fully up to speed on the types of technical support needed by schools.  Until that time, all technical support needs should be directed to Sasha.  Her direct phone number is (801) 366-8417, or schools may e-mail any support needs to onelinksupport@utahsbr.edu.

We anticipate these changes will enhance the technical resources available to schools at a moment’s notice.
