New Systems Support School Hotline Phone Number

Utah Higher Education Assistance Authority is pleased to announce a new hotline has been established for technical support needs.  You may reach UHEAA Systems Support at:

(801) 366-8437, or toll-free (800) 418-8757, ext. 8437

All of your day-to-day technical issues should be directed to the hotline.  You may also e-mail any support needs to onelinksupport@utahsbr.edu.  In addition to the hotline, UHEAA Systems Support has extended their hours of service.  Support hours are now from 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, U.S. Mountain Time Zone.

We anticipate these changes will make the technical resources available to you at a moment’s notice when you need them, and enhance the quality of support you receive.
