New Automated Telephone System
 

Utah Higher Education Assistance Authority is pleased to announce a new automated telephone system.  Beginning Tuesday, March 13, borrowers will have around-the-clock telephone access to their student loan accounts.  Information available through this new UHEAA system includes tax information, account balance, payment history, and payment due day.  The new service will also allow borrowers to make payments and order forms by phone 24 hours a day. 

Of course security is important to UHEAA, so protective safeguards have been included in the system.  For example, a caller will be asked to respond to specific questions that will allow only her or him to access personal data.

When contacting UHEAA, borrowers may use the automated system or, during business hours, speak with a service representative.  The telephone numbers to access the automated information system or to speak to a representative in person continue to be 801-321-7294, or toll-free 877-336-7378.
