FSA Announces Regulatory and Legislative Updates

Utah Higher Education Assistance Authority has learned that Federal Student Aid (FSA) has just announced a series of one-day workshops covering the implementation of Final Rules published October 29 and November 1, 2007.  Implementation issues for the College Cost Reduction and Access Act (CCRAA) will also be addressed.

Each workshop will begin at 9:00 a.m. and conclude at 4:30 p.m.  Training will consist of four modules: General Provisions, FFEL/Perkins Loans, ACG and National SMART, and CCRAA.  A participant guide will be made available.
