Utah Higher Education Assistance Authority has learned that FSA posted a PDF file of the 2008-2009 Application and Verification Guide. This Guide is one volume of the 2008-2009 Federal Student Aid Handbook. Included in the document are the Dependent and Independent Verification Worksheets.
