Dear Colleague Letter on CCRAA

Utah Higher Education Assistance Authority has learned that FSA posted to IFAP Dear Colleague Letter GEN-08-01/FP-08-01.  This letter discusses the major changes made to the Title IV loan and grant programs by the College Cost Reduction and Access Act (CCRAA).

On September 27, 2007, President Bush signed into law the CCRAA.  Schools, lenders, and guarantors were affected by the Act.  Additional guidance is provided in the DCL, which can be accessed at http://ifap.ed.gov/dpcletters/010808GENFP0801.html.
