E-sign Borrowers
Please complete the following steps to ensure you successfully
complete your student loan:
1. Verify Your Credit Union Membership - If you intend to select a credit union as your lender, the student borrower must be named as the primary account holder of an established account with that credit union. Your loan will be delayed if you have not previously established a primary account with that credit union.
When a student borrower selects a credit union and is not the primary account holder, the loan will be placed on hold. You will then be notified to establish an account with the credit union, or to select another lender.
2. Gather the following information:

Have your Social Security Number (SSN) or UHEAA Account Number available. Select the "Create an Account" option.

If you have ever used this system before, you will get an error if you attempt to create a new account with your Social Security Number or UHEAA Account Number. |

What if I forgot my Username? |
At Account Access login screen, select "Forgot Your Username?" option. |
What if I forgot my password? |
At Account Access login screen, enter username and click "Sign In" button. Then select "Forgot your Password?" option. |
3. Disable all pop-up blockers and 3rd party download management software - Disabling pop-up blockers and download software are necessary to successfully viewing your MPN and transaction code (a required step) during the E-sign process.
Alternate Option - Instead of disabling your pop-up blockers, you may instead press and hold down the <control> key on your keyboard while you click on a link that opens a new window (i.e. viewing your MPN during the E-sign process) to override all pop-up blockers.
4. Clear all cookies/temporary Internet files. This is optional. From your Internet browser, select Tools, Internet options and then Delete Browser History.
5. Verify that your system meets the following software requirements:
